AUTOMATION (PLC) TECHNICIAN Hoosier Racing Tire Corp. is a manufacturing facility located in PLYMOUTH, IN. Hoosier is seeking a 1st shift, 6:30am - 3:30pm, individual with 0 -5 years of experience to join our winning team. The selected candidate will have either formal education or a combination of education and experience in automated machine controls. We will consider recent grads of an accredited electronics school. Our manufacturing equipment relies on an assortment of relay, solid state, PLC, and PC based controls. Primary emphasis is towards standardization on Allen Bradley controis using SLC 500, Control Logix and Compact Logix systems. Our continuous improvement program, coupled with constant technology improvements, require machine control upgrades and system integration in order to increase reliability and improve automation.
