Welcome to North Woods Village, a memory care assisted living community designed and developed solely to meet the very special needs of those with Alzheimer’s disease, dementia or other memory impairments, and to provide them with the dignity, lifestyle and support they deserve.
Our signature memory care program, "NEW DIRECTIONS," is not a one-size-fits-all program. It’s personal. Individualized. Resident-centered. After all, no two individuals have the exact same needs.
Our care is customized to each individual’s needs. Each person receives the ideal level of support he or she needs to live as independently as possible.
To ensure that our residents receive the most appropriate care and support, a licensed nurse will meet with each resident and their family members to develop a comprehensive, customized care plan. Each plan includes specific guidelines related to personal care, support and medication services.
Residents will be re-evaluated on a regular basis to ensure that their care needs are being met.
