Director of Admissions: promotes the strengths and distinction of the college to prospective students and developing an enrollment system that attracts the maximum number of new, re-entry and transfer students in line with our strategic plan and admissions goals. Supervises day-to-day and personnel operations in the Admissions Department. Human Resources Generalist: Works with area leadership on talent acquisition and talent management, staff development, employee relations and engagement, performance management, compensation, benefits and other HR duties as assigned. Campus Minister: works to understand the unique needs of college students and their faith formation, implementing opportunities that respond to these needs and fluently working with persons of many cultures, ethnicities and religious traditions. Must possess a mature and passionate ministerial identity, the ability to foster a welcoming environment, be innovative, collaborative, be an excellent communicator, and illustrate successful experience engaging with young adults.
