CITY OF PLYMOUTH WATER DEPARTMENT Full-Time Service Technician / Laborer Position involves assisting in all aspects of operating the treatment plant and distribution system. This includes; customer service, electronic meter reading, maintenance of grounds, basic laboratory procedures, installation of water mains and service lines, assist in maintenance of all distribution system functions, plant operational adjustments, assisting plant maintenance personnel in equipment repairs, operating heavy equipment and general plant maintenance. This position requires moderate physical technical abilities. Must have at minimum State of Indiana driver's license. A CDL is preferred, if you do not currently have a CDL one must be obtained within 90 days of hire date with the assistance of the employer. High school diploma or GED required.
