PART-TIME CHURCH SECRETARY POSITION Trinity United Methodist Church in Plymouth, IN has an immediate opening for a part-time (20 hours per week) administrative assistant to provide support for programs and initiatives that sustain our church for faithful, fruitful, and joyful service. The position will be responsible for providing communication and administrative support for our pastor and church staff. The ideal candidate will have: - Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures, email, proficiency with Microsoft Office and other similar software, and operation of standard office equipment. - Excellent organization, written and oral communication skills; gifted in active listening. - Ability to maintain confidential information. Ability to establish rapport and trust with other church and staff members. - Knowledge of principles and process for providing 'customer' service. Applicants should have a minimum of two years of college level education and one to two years of progressively responsible experience in administrative support. Education/experience equivalents considered. Work is in a professional office environment.
