Responsibilities include: providing leadership and mentoring staff, promoting ongoing staff development and nursing care that exceeds customer expectations, develop and review unit staff plans, manage department budget, be involved in hospital-wide projects and committees and complete OB unit's state required reporting. Must have OB experience in labor and delivery, postpartum and nursery, managerial experience a plus, current, valid Indiana RN license, BLS, & NRP certifications required, ACLS and PALS a plus.
