SPRING CLEAN-UP TIME! DUMPSTER DAYS! KEEP KNOX LOOKING GREAT! LET'S CLEAN-UP OUR PROPERTIES!!! The City of Knox is pleased to announce their Spring Clean-Up "Dumpster Days" will be held on Saturday, April 30th from 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. and Sunday, May 1st from 11:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. The dumpsters will be located in Wythogan Park at the Wastewater Treatment Plant in the rear of the park. City of Knox residents may discard any "large" bulky items that cannot be picked up on normal garbage days. Residents will be REQUIRED to provide a valid driver's license or I.D. AND a current Knox utility bill in order to dispose of their items. The following items will NOT be accepted: regular trash grass clippings / yard waste tires electronics refrigerators or any items that contain free-on paint of any kind household hazardous waste and/or medical waste This service is provided for Knox residents only, businesses and contractors will not be allowed to discard any material.
